Customer Service Assistant (Building Maintenance)

JOB TITLE: Admin Assistant LOCATION: Frogmore Complex 1ST floor SW18 1EY (1 day a week remote) PAY RATE: 15.75 PAYE / 20.74 per hour START DATE: ASAP DURATION/Hours: 12 month contract/ 36 hours a week IR35 STATUS: Inside Job Purpose:Provide technical and administrative support for Operational Services within Highway Operations and Street Scene and the DSO. Responsibilities include managing enquiries, regarding invoices, income, and ensuring adherence to established procedures. As the primary point of contact for our DSO support and Building Maintenance call groups, you will engage directly with tenants and the housing department to schedule appointments or redirect calls to the appropriate service areas. You will also work closely with the building maintenance supervision teams to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient service delivery Schedule appointments for contract supervisors and collaborate closely with the building maintenance supervision teamsPerform technical, administrative, and financial support tasks. Utilize IT systems like ROCC, Confirm, and Integra for data entry and reporting. Manage routine correspondence and enquiries. Generate enforcement letters and notices. Assist with the processing of abandoned vehicles and maintain related statistics. Support income recovery queries for Highways Operations and the DSO.
