Responsibilities:• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules.• Source and install new components, perform system fitting and calibration, and replace parts in line with maintenance schedules while ensuring compliance with the latest health and safety standards.• Work proactively to minimise downtime and improve operational efficiency.• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults.• Perform repairs, upgrades, and system modifications, monitor the performance of machinery and systems, and evaluate current procedures to recommend efficiency improvements.The Person:• Qualified or time-served in an electrical engineering discipline or mechanical engineering • Knowledge of automated conveyor systems.• 18th Edition qualification would be an advantage.• Computer literate.• Previous experience working as a Multi-Skilled Engineer in a manufacturing environment.• Strong communication ..... full job details .....
