Inside Sales Executive

OverviewOperations Manager is the Delivery counterpart to the Account Manager. This role plays a key part in the Elite and DSC delivery model and is assigned to strategic account(s). It is central to ensuring SoftwareOne maintains the overall customer experience and is accountable for managing escalations. The role collaborates with DSC/Sales teams and liaises with off-catalogue Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to process requests to quote cases, supporting the seller with operational tasks to enable the sales team to focus on core selling activities.Main functions and responsibilities:Client onboardingDeveloping and implementing the delivery strategy for the customer.
