The team thrives in a collaborative, tech-forward environment where personal growth, flexibility, and wellbeing are genuinely valued.They''re committed to supporting your career development through tailored training, mentorship, and clear progression opportunities, while also making sure work-life balance stays a priority.Responsibilities:Planning and project managing a portfolio of audit clientsReview the work of junior staff members and ensure that any review points are addressedAssisting colleagues and trainees within the team with development and technical adviceTracking job progress and billing targetsPreparation of accounts for limited companiesBuilding a positive working relationship with clients including attending client planning and completion meetingsEnsure compliance with all financial regulationsEnsuring work is completed to a high standard and on timeDealing with any client queries in a timely and efficient mannerWorking with computer software including IRIS, Sage, Xero and QuickBooksUndertake such other duties that are required commensurate with the roleRequirements:Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) Understanding of UK Audit regulationsExceptional interpersonal skills and able to successfully communicate with people at all levels, both ..... full job details .....
