The Role As an Application Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of key business applications. You will troubleshoot technical issues, support MS SQL databases and C# .NET applications, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality service within agreed SLAs.
