Key ResponsibilitiesGovernance and Assurance Lead first-line governance and assurance activity within the Operations Controls function, ensuring consistent application of standards and regulatory expectations. Develop, maintain, and embed governance frameworks, policies, and procedures across operational teams. Monitor and review compliance with internal controls, standards, and regulatory requirements. Conduct audits, gap analyses, and process reviews to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Produce management information, reports, and updates on governance and assurance activity for senior stakeholders.
