You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for over 200 employees, utilising BrightPay payroll software. This role requires a strong understanding of payroll legislation and best practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end payroll process for over 200 employees using BrightPay software.Ensure accurate and timely processing of salaries, bonuses, deductions, and other compensation elements.Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation, adhering to all legal and regulatory requirements (GDPR, HMRC, etc.).Manage all payroll-related documentation, including contracts, P45s, and other employee records.Handle employee payroll queries efficiently and professionally.Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation and ensure compliance.Prepare and submit payroll reports accurately and on time.Liaise with HR and ..... full job details .....
