This full-time role is to support a Year 4 class, working closely with the class teacher to help pupils thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.This role will supporting an experienced primary teacher with a lively and fun year 4 class to encourage positive learning and development. You will be expected to work with small groups and on a 1:1 basis with some pupils. The school are really encouraging to reward good behaviour and progress and the class teacher will work with you to help implement a good rewarding incentive.
