We are hiring a

Scrum Master

for a dynamic, cross-functional Agile team in London. This is a

permanent hybrid role

ideal for someone who is passionate about Agile delivery, team collaboration, and continuous improvement. You''ll play a key role in driving efficient sprint execution, removing impediments, and promoting Agile best practices.Responsibilities:

Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectivesRemove blockers and protect the team from distractionsCoach the team and stakeholders on Agile values, principles, and practicesCollaborate with Product Owners to ensure backlog clarity and prioritisationTrack metrics (velocity, burn-down/up charts) to support continuous improvementSupport team collaboration across departments and ensure alignment with delivery goalsPromote a positive, open, and results-driven team environmentRequirements:

3+ years of experience as a

Scrum Master

in Agile environmentsProven track record delivering

software or digital products

using ScrumStrong knowledge of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II, or equivalent)Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skillsExperience with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile toolsMust be currently based in London or able to

commute 3 days/weekPreferred:

Experience in

finance, digital, or enterprise environmentsBackground in software development or technical project managementSAFe or other scaling framework knowledge a plusImmediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are strongly preferred.
