The Tenancy Services Officer role This is a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract We are looking for a dynamic and inspiring Tenancy Services Officer - Response for our Midlands Region, covering areas such as Alcester, Studley, Redditch and into South Birmingham. We are looking for someone to engage effectively with customers, resolving issues such as Breach of Tenancy, hoarding and attending evictions and new customer visits. You will be a car owner, and have the ability to travel to meet requirements of the role, be able to participate in Out of Hours rota, and be able to work flexibly to support effective case management. (potential for up to 8pm on a weekday, to 1pm on a Saturday) This role is part of Customer and Communities where you''ll help us to lead the way keeping our promise to more than 100,000 customers.
