The Role As a Pastoral Support Worker, you will: Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils across the school. Support students with their emotional wellbeing, behaviour, and personal development. Work closely with teachers, SEND professionals, and families to provide consistent support. Assist with behaviour management strategies and restorative approaches. Help pupils regulate emotions and develop confidence, resilience, and independence.
