This Sales Director role is a high impact appointment with significant visibility and genuine succession potential into Business Unit Manager / VP level. Auxitrol Weston operates across France, UK, Mexico, Singapore and the US, employing 740 people worldwide. With state of the art manufacturing and environmental testing facilities, the company is renowned for engineering excellence and reliability.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Sales Managers across Europe and RoW

Drive sales growth with OEMs, maximising value from existing contracts while developing new strategic routes to market

Take a leading role in commercial strategy, forecasting, and customer engagement with aerospace primes and defence leaders

Travel internationally, building high value partnerships and shaping future demand

Take ownership of a global sales portfolio with direct impact on the company’s future

Work side by side with the Business Unit Manager and Executive Leadership

Have a clear progression path into Business Unit Manager or even VP of Sales, giving you the chance to shape strategy at the very highest level

Influence and negotiate with some of the world’s leading aerospace and defence primes

Qualifications / ExperienceTo succeed as Sales Director, you will bring a strong track record in international Aerospace and Defence sales, deep commercial acumen, and the ability to lead, influence, and deliver results in complex, technical markets.
