Sales Systems Administrator Location: Brentford Salary: 36,000 + benefits Our client, a well-established building supplies company, is looking for a Sales Systems Administrator to join their team on-site in Brentford. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong IT and communication skills to get hands-on with a company''s core sales systems and play a key role in improving business processes. You''ll be trained to a high standard on the company''s principal IT system, working closely with the Sales Team to drive process improvements and support day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Carrying out order pre-checks and invoice processing; managing general sales applications and system maintenance; providing first-line user support for the company''s core sales system, including involvement in upgrades and issue resolution; maintaining system cost data for materials; liaising with the Accounts department to resolve supplier invoice queries; producing clear process documentation so tasks can be shared across the team; coordinating cross-departmental tasks to improve communication; and interrogating databases (ODBC) to produce reports as required.
