RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER : LOCUM, GREATER MANCHESTER, 3+ YEARS'' EXPERIENCE, GBP 35–GBP 50 PER HOUR. A skilled conveyancing locum is needed to support a busy legal department, with an immediate start and cover through to the end of December. JOB REF: 1021Responsibilities

Handle freehold and leasehold transactions, primarily managing part exchange buy-ins and resales, with occasional involvement in new build transactions.Ensure matters are handled appropriately by liaising with clients, external agencies, and other legal professionals.Manage a full caseload independently, with minimal administrative support.Qualifications

Experienced locum with at least 3 years in a similar role and proven ability to manage a full caseload independently.Organised, proactive, and able to work independently, confidently managing all correspondence and documentation.Contact
