Overview

An established refurbishment and new build main contractor with a great reputation is looking for a Contracts Manager to deliver high-end schemes that range from £1 – £8 million. The company focuses on high-end / prime residential refurbishments in London and Surrey, typically comprising high-end refurbishments, new build, or a combination of the two. They are growing with a strong pipeline of works and offer room for progression.Responsibilities

Based at the office in Cobham; travel to site when necessary.Manage projects ranging from £1 – £8 million, focusing on High-End Refurbishments.Coordinate information from professional services, PQS, Architects, sub-contractors and other third parties.Focus on efficiency, quality and information; much of the site work is handled by a project manager.Potentially train up individuals who have the right skills and hunger even if not all experience is present.Requirements

High end residential refurbishment experience with budgets of £2 million+.Experience in complex refurbishments with high-end finishes.Strong organisational and communication skills.Construction-related degree is beneficial.Good people management experience.A degree.Pro-Core experience is beneficial.In return
