My client are seeking an Senior Electrical Engineer to join their growing engineering team. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality electrical design solutions across a range of projects, providing technical leadership, coordinating with project stakeholders, and supporting the development of junior team members. You will have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage electrical design activities with minimal supervision.Key Responsibilities: Lead and deliver electrical design work across a variety of projects from concept through to completion. Coordinate electrical design activities with internal teams, clients, contractors, and other design disciplines. Attend project meetings and provide technical input throughout the project lifecycle. Carry out site surveys, condition assessments, feasibility studies, and technical reports. Develop detailed electrical designs and documentation suitable for competitive tendering. Prepare specifications, calculations, and technical reports using appropriate industry standards and software tools. Produce budget cost estimates and provide technical advice on project requirements. Review and comment on contractor tenders, installation drawings, and technical submissions. Respond to contractor queries during construction and installation phases. Attend site progress meetings and monitor quality, workmanship, materials, and programme progress.
