Lorien''s leading banking client is looking for an experienced Business to join the existing team on an initial 6-month contract.Responsibilities

Delivery of digital releases end to end and other changes to digital channels from inception through to post-live validation and monitoring; making sure that the brand, customer experience and impacts on engagement are considered at every stagePlan, run and deliver activities in a timely manner to support implementation of new releases across digital platformsContribute to the evaluation and redesign of business processes to improve efficiency and user experienceStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively in cross-functional teamsAnalyse data to support decision-making and identify trendsRequirements
