Conducting tenancy visits and estate inspections. Managing anti-social behaviour (ASB) and tenancy-related cases. Supporting residents with tenancy sustainment and housing-related issues. Working with internal teams and external agencies to deliver effective housing services. Requirements: Previous experience in a Housing Officer, Neighbourhood Officer, or Tenancy Officer role.
