We’re looking for a Delegated Authority Analyst to join our Partner Assurance Team!Delegated Authority is a placing method whereby insurers delegate their underwriting authority to a Cover holder to underwrite risks and enter into insurance contracts on their behalf. The Partner Assurance Agency team provide a consistent review of DA contracts, maintain a central repository and are the administrators for Lloyd’s systems.How you''ll make an impact

You’ll work together with business partners and internal teams to provide support for delegated authority agreements and processes. Your goal will be to deliver high-quality work on both projects and day-to-day tasks, ensuring everything is completed on time and to a high standard.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Working with colleagues to build and handle Delegated Authority Agreements.Provide advice and support on delegated authority topics to internal teams.Handle Cover-holder/Broker processes and administration in Lloyd’s systems.Meet deadlines and contribute to reports that track performance and workload.Support the team with projects like mergers and acquisitions and assist during busy times with tasks such as agreements, transfers, licenses, and information requests.About You

Familiarity with Lloyd’s and London Markets (preferred but not essential).Proficiency in Microsoft Office to complete tasks efficiently.Strong communication and problem-solving skills to handle complex issues.Confidence in managing high volumes of work in a fast-paced environment.This is a fantastic chance to create a real impact and grow your career with Gallagher.
