Planning and preparing menus where required. Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness. Managing food stock, deliveries and stock rotation. Ensuring all food is prepared and served safely. Complying with Food Hygiene, Health and Safety and COSHH regulations. Working effectively as part of the school''s catering team. Creating a positive dining experience for pupils and staff. The Ideal Candidate Previous experience working as a Cook, School Cook or within a catering environment. A Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (or willingness to obtain one). Knowledge of food safety and allergen regulations. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
