The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a collaborative and high-performing team working across a wide range of mixed-use, new build, refurbishment and conversion schemes.

Working with private and public sector clients, you''ll be exposed to a varied portfolio of high-value developments, providing both pre and post-contract cost consultancy services. This role requires a commercially aware, client-facing Senior Quantity Surveyor who can confidently manage multiple projects while contributing to team growth and service excellence.

As a key member of a multi-disciplinary practice, you will also benefit from close integration with other in-house specialists, offering a broader view of the project lifecycle and enhancing your professional development.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar (RICS accredited)
• Ideally MRICS, or working towards chartership
• Strong experience in UK consultancy environments
• Proven background in new build and refurbishment projects
• Versatile, client-facing, and a team player
