Job Title: Senior Sustainability ConsultantLocation: SwindonEmployment Type: PermanentSPONSORSHIP NOT AVAILABLE Key Responsibilities:- Conduct sustainability assessments for new constructions, refurbishments, and fit-outs using BREEAM standards.- Advise on the implementation of FITWELL, WELL and LEED certification requirements.- Utilize OneClick LCA software to perform Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) and Whole Life Carbon Assessments (WLCA).- Collaborate with project teams to integrate sustainable practices and improve environmental outcomes.- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate sustainability strategies and outcomes to stakeholders.Requirements:- Proven experience (3 Years) in Sustainability Consulting.- Certifications including : BREEAM New Constructions, BREEAM Refurbishment and Fit-Out, FITWELL, WELL, and LEED.- Proficiency in using OneClick LCA for conducting LCA and WLCA.- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Relevant degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related field is preferred. ..... full job details .....
