Mechanical Site Manager Commercial and Fit Out Projects London Projects £60,000 £70,000 + Package We are currently working with a respected and long-established MandE contractor known for delivering high-quality mechanical installations across commercial fit out and refurbishment projects in London. They are now looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to take responsibility for the on-site delivery of projects ranging from £500,000 to £2.5 million in value. The Role: Manage the day-to-day on-site activities of mechanical installations Supervise subcontractors and site teams to ensure quality, health and safety, and programme compliance Oversee installations including HVAC, ductwork, pipework and associated systems Ensure materials, tools and labour are available to meet site targets Liaise with project managers, clients, consultants and the wider construction team Attend progress meetings and provide accurate site reporting Drive progress while ensuring high standards are maintained across the board What We''re Looking For: Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager on commercial or fit out projects Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and building services installations Excellent organisational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and work to fast-track programmes SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS and first aid preferred What s On Offer: Competitive salary of £60,000 £70,000 per annum Full package including travel, pension, ..... full job details .....
