This is a long-term contract opportunity offering stability and the chance to be involved in a significant project through to completion.Key Responsibilities:Manage the internal fit-out phase from dry lining through to final handoverEnsure the project runs to programme, with a strong focus on speed, quality, and deliveryCoordinate and chair progress meetings with subcontractors and internal teamsMaintain strict compliance with Health and Safety regulationsDrive high standards of site safety, cleanliness, and quality assurance throughoutLiaise effectively with the site team, project managers, and contractorsEssential Requirements:Proven experience in traditional build fit-out projectsValid CSCS cardUp-to-date SMSTS certificationValid First Aid qualificationExcellent organisational and communication skillsAbility to manage subcontractors effectively and keep the project on trackThis is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented Fit Out Site Manager to join a dynamic team on a long-running project.
