Mechanical Project Manager

Location: London / Nationwide Projects

Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance + Autonomy in your role + secured work + pension + annual leave + more!  

An established and growing M&E contractor is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their team, delivering shop fit-out and design & build projects across the UK.

The Role

• Manage mechanical packages on fast-paced fit-out and D&B projects
• Oversee projects from pre-construction through to handover
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Ensure delivery against programme, budget, and quality standards
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across repeat business frameworks
• Plan and manage your own diary, site visits, and workload

About You

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within M&E or fit-out
• Strong background delivering design & build projects
• Comfortable managing multiple fast-track projects simultaneously
• Commercially aware with the ability to manage budgets and programmes
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Willing to travel nationwide as required
