The businesses main focus is credit hire and repair. The company has an extensive fleet of vehicles to hire to victims of non fault road traffic accidents and then to recover the costs for this service from the at-fault insurance companies. Our client are able to offer a full accident management package to each customer, and pride themselves in providing excellent customer service to their clients, from the moment they are involved in an accident to the return of their repaired vehicle and then recovery of all associated losses. Duties will include: Negotiating settlement of credit hire, credit repair, storage and recovery and other uninsured losses directly with the at fault insurer/solicitor. Investigating and resolving liability and quantum disputes.
