The Role
As the Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you’ll:

• Support day-to-day activities of the Quantity Surveyor on various projects.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on building cost estimations and financial planning.
• Gather and analyse quotations from subcontractors to create budgets.
• Assist in preparing and submitting cost-related documentation to maintain project compliance.

You
To be successful in the role of Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you’ll bring:

• Relevant experience or knowledge of quantity surveying and cost management.
• Familiarity with NEC4 contract forms.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate costings and contractor quotes.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with various teams.
