Prodrive Recruitment Consultants Ltd are seeking a skilled Production Operative to join their well-established client''s team based in Pershore. As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for all aspects of core material preparation, injection and firing of products in accordance with company standards. A current valid counterbalance licence would be an advantage. Main Responsibilities: Operate production machinery and equipment to assemble products Follow detailed instructions to ensure accurate production.Inspect finished products for quality assurance Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the production process Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols The Person: Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Proficient in using machines Ability to read and interpret instructions Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to work effectively in a team environment Salary: From 12.71 per hour Expected hours: Full time 40 per week (Day shift) Monday to Friday (Temp to Perm Contract) Competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within the organisation.
