Reporting directly to the CFO, this is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to take ownership of core accounting and reporting activities while contributing to the continued development and improvement of the finance function. This is a broad and varied position, ideally suited to someone who enjoys a hands-on role, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is confident managing both technical financial reporting and day-to-day finance operations. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly management accounts and deliver accurate financial reporting packs. Manage the month-end close process, including accruals, prepayments, journals, and balance sheet reconciliations. Maintain and monitor the fixed asset register. Support year-end reporting activities and the preparation of statutory accounts. Coordinate external audits and act as the primary point of contact for auditors. Review, enhance, and implement financial controls, processes, and reporting procedures. Oversee daily finance operations and provide support to the wider finance team.
