This role is ideal for someone passionate about inclusive education and skilled in supporting diverse learning needs.Day-to-day of the role:Lead a class of 20 students with varying special educational needs and disabilities.Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that are accessible and engaging for all students.Work collaboratively with another teacher and teaching assistants to ensure a supportive and effective learning environment.Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the needs and abilities of the students.Monitor and assess students'' progress, adapting strategies as needed to support individual learning outcomes.Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their children''s progress and any concerns.Participate in school meetings and professional development opportunities related to SEND education.Required Skills and Qualifications:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.Experience in a SEND environment or extensive knowledge of special educational needs.Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and the ability to create inclusive learning experiences.Excellent communication and interpersonal ..... full job details .....
