This role involves providing dedicated 1:1 support to a Reception pupil with SEN and additional behavioural needs. The successful Teaching Assistant will support a pupil who can display challenging behaviour and requires consistent, patient and nurturing support. With the right approach, this pupil responds well and is able to engage positively with learning. Experience in emotional regulation, behaviour management, and adapting the Early Years curriculum is essential. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a stable, full-time role until the summer holidays within a supportive primary school environment.
