About you You will be an experienced, confident and highly approachable community-facing professional with a strong background in physical activity, health and wellbeing and community engagement. You will be skilled at building trust and opening doors with diverse communities, particularly Global Majority communities and people experiencing health inequities, and able to engage people who may not usually access health and wellbeing opportunities. You will be practical and hands-on, equally comfortable coordinating physical activity, developing new community relationships, facilitating conversations and supporting people to become more involved as volunteers, champions and community leaders. You will be culturally aware, proactive and creative, bringing new ideas about how physical activity and community engagement can reach different communities and people across the life course.
