The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.Duties of this role include:Provide a high standard of technical support in the preparation, dispensing, and distribution of medicines across inpatient, outpatient, and theatre areas.Support ward-based services such as stock top-ups, medicines reconciliation, and discharge preparation.Assist pharmacists in ensuring safe and effective use of medicines in line with clinical protocols and policies.Oversee the daily work of pharmacy technicians, assistants, and trainees, supporting task allocation and workflow management.Act as a role model and first point of contact for technical queries and day-to-day problem solving.Support the induction, training, ..... full job details .....
