Due to continued growth, we are looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Manager / Quantity Surveyor with a background in Construction, Building Envelope or Roofing to take ownership of the commercial function across a portfolio of live projects. This is a senior position within the business, offering significant autonomy and responsibility. The successful candidate will have full commercial responsibility for a portfolio of contracts from pre-construction through to final account, alongside developing and maintaining strong relationships with Main Contractors and key clients.
