Overview

The Operations Manager plays a vital role in leading the Silvertown branch, ensuring smooth daily operations while driving strategic improvements. This role directly impacts profitability, service excellence and colleague engagement, using data-led decision-making to maintain RHG''s high standards and sector-leading customer experience.Responsibilities

Manage daily operations for Silvertown, including 150+ operatives and fleet managementOversee labour planning and supplier engagement to optimise resources and costsEnsure full compliance with Health and Safety, environmental and industry regulationsOwn the branch PandL, focusing on profitability and margin growthIdentify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency through data insightsLead customer service initiatives, resolving issues promptly and maintaining "white glove" standardsCollaborate with Sales and Client Engagement teams to align service delivery with customer needsLead recruitment, training, retention and development to build a motivated workforceBenefits and Perks
