Job Title: Warehouse Operative
Job Type: Temporary (possibility of a Permanent contract)
Location: Letchworth GC
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.30am-5.30pm
Hourly Rate: £12.82 per hour
 
Our well-known and highly established client based in Letchworth are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join their team, on a Temporary basis (possibility of a Permanent contract). This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate with the correct experience and qualifications/licenses to grow within the Logistics, Warehousing, and Distribution sector.
 
Main duties as a Warehouse Operative:

• Forklift Operation
• Stock rotation
• Picking and Packing
• Manual handling of stock (up to 25kg)
• Pallett Wrapping
• Goods in/out
• Loading and unloading lorries
• Maintaining Warehouse cleanliness, adhering to Health and Safety protocols

• Counterbalance Forklift license and experience (desired but not essential)
• Physically fit and ability to lift heavy stock
• Ability to adapt quickly
• Team player
• Warehouse and Logistics experience
