THE JOB You will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships across the business ensuring a high quality responsive service at all stages of the customer journey. You will manage day to day communications including order statuses and delivery updates within your designated accounts. THE CANDIDATE You should have some experience within an account management, internal sales or customer service role, have strong communication skills and be proficient in microsoft office.
