This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional either from the motor trade or another target-driven industry to join a high-performing team with strong earning potential and uncapped commission. The Role As a Car Sales Executive, you ll be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while maximising sales opportunities. Selling both new and used vehicles Managing the full customer journey from enquiry through to handover Building strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals Handling enquiries from walk-ins, telephone and online leads Maintaining accurate records on CRM systems Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets What We re Looking For Proven experience within a sales environment Motor trade experience is advantageous but not essential Strong communication and relationship-building skills Target-driven with a motivated and professional attitude Excellent negotiation and customer service ability Full UK Driving Licence preferred What s On Offer £24,000 basic salary £45,000 £55,000 uncapped OTE Strong commission structure with genuine ..... full job details .....
