Site Agent - Infrastructure Location: Somerset Rate: £500+ per day Contract: Long-Term Contract We are currently seeking an experienced Site Agent to join a major infrastructure project in Somerset, working for a leading Tier 1 contractor. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the successful delivery of a high-profile civil engineering scheme, taking ownership of site operations, programme delivery, and team management. The successful candidate will have a proven background delivering complex infrastructure projects within a Tier 1 environment and be comfortable managing multidisciplinary site teams while ensuring safety, quality, and programme targets are achieved. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day site operations on a major infrastructure project. Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project delivery. Drive health, safety, environmental, and quality standards across the project. Monitor programme performance and implement corrective actions where required. Liaise with project managers, engineers, clients, and key stakeholders. Oversee site documentation, permits, RAMS, and compliance requirements. Manage resources effectively to achieve programme and budget objectives. Support and mentor engineers and site management staff. Requirements: Proven experience working as a Site Agent within the civil engineering or infrastructure sector. Previous experience delivering projects for a Tier 1 contractor.
