# Talent Development Partner## Job IntroductionPinnacle Group are looking for a Talent Development Partner to join our People Team. Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition, the Talent Development Partner will play a critical role in shaping and delivering learning and development initiatives across the organisation. You will have an immediate focus on designing and embedding a consistent Induction Process and Onboarding Policy, this role will ensure that all new colleagues have a seamless and engaging experience from day one.The Talent Development Partner will also take the lead in developing a skills framework for frontline managers, supporting capability building in leadership and management. Over time, the role will broaden to deliver a full range of talent and development initiatives, ensuring colleagues across all levels have access to meaningful learning, career development, and progression opportunities.This is a hands-on role that requires both the creativity to design engaging content, the confidence to deliver impactful sessions across a diverse and geographically spread workforce.This is a hybrid role with frequent travel into our Holborn Head Office and other offices across the UK. our clients and communities.**Key responsibilities will include:****Induction and Onboarding*** Design, implement and evaluate a consistent organisation-wide induction and onboarding process.* Develop an Onboarding Policy that aligns with organisational culture, values, and compliance requirements.* Partner with People, Operations, and Business Leaders to ensure smooth adoption of the process across all business units.**Frontline Manager Skills Framework*** Create and roll out a skills and capability framework for frontline managers.* Identify learning needs and design practical tools and resources to support manager effectiveness.* Deliver targeted learning interventions to build leadership and people management skills.**Learning and Development Programmes*** Design, deliver, and refine a range of learning solutions across the employee lifecycle — including leadership, compliance, technical, and behavioural skills.* Facilitate engaging workshops, courses, and group learning interventions for field and support colleagues.* Oversee digital learning solutions (LMS), managing content development and reporting on training uptake and effectiveness.**Organisational and Capability Development*** Conduct organisational needs assessments and translate findings into targeted learning strategies aligned with business goals.* Support succession planning, talent pipelines, and career development initiatives in partnership with leadership teams.* Provide individual and group coaching to managers and high-potential employees.* Be an active People Partner on change projects, delivering LandD expertise for transformation programmes and employee engagement actions.**Stakeholder Engagement and Advisory*** Operate as a trusted LandD advisor for senior management, line managers, and employees, addressing skills gaps and development needs.* Liaise with external training providers.* Act as brand ambassador at careers events, apprenticeships, and in community or industry forums.**Performance and Programme Evaluation*** Evaluate the impact of all LandD interventions through data and feedback, driving a culture of continuous improvement.* Regularly review content, delivery methods and accessibility to ensure excellence and compliance with legislation and internal policies.**Administration and Budgeting*** Support the management of budgets (including the apprenticeship levy), ensuring effective use of resources.* Oversee record-keeping and reporting for training and development activities.**Continuous Professional Development*** Proactively stay informed about the latest trends, innovations, and technology in learning and talent development.* Contribute to wider HR and development team activity and maintain professional development.**Key requirements:*** Proven background in a Learning and Development / Talent Development role, ideally within a fast-paced, multi-site service industry (e.g. facilities management, hospitality, retail, or property).* Strong experience designing and delivering induction and onboarding programmes.* Strong track record in designing and delivering training content (classroom, virtual, and blended learning).* Ability to create engaging learning resources and materials from scratch.* Experience partnering with stakeholders to identify capability needs and translate them into practical development solutions.* Strong facilitation and presentation skills, confident working with employees at all levels including senior leaders.* Experience designing or implementing a skills framework /
