Role OverviewAs Finance Business Partner you will act as a key financial advisor to designated service areas, providing expert analysis, guidance, and support. Responsibilities include:

Collaborating with service managers to manage budgets and achieve strategic goals

Leading on budget setting, monitoring, and forecasting

Driving value for money through financial insight and modelling

Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal controls

Supporting business case development and investment decisions

Candidate ProfileIdeal candidates will be:

Fully or part-qualified accountants (CCAB or AAT or ACCA or CIMA or ACA) with relevant public sector experience (very desirable not essential)

Skilled in financial planning, reporting, and analysis

Effective communicators, able to present complex financial information clearly

Proactive and collaborative, with a commitment to continuous improvement

Experience with financial systems and a track record of delivering high-quality financial advice are essential.
