Allocating work based on skill level and priorities. Monitoring attendance, timekeeping, and performance. Conducting toolbox talks and one-to-one meetings. Supporting training and development. Workshop Operations Planning daily workflow and scheduling repairs. Ensuring work is completed on time and to manufacturer or company standards. Managing workshop capacity and resource allocation. Liaising with service advisors, parts departments, and fleet customers. Monitoring work-in-progress and removing bottlenecks. Requirements The core skills and qualifications required for a the Workshop Supervisor are: Appropriate technical qualifications.
