Working closely with senior leaders and managers, you will provide both strategic and operational HR support, helping to shape people initiatives, drive organisational effectiveness and ensure an excellent employee experience across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Act as a trusted HR partner, providing expert advice and guidance to managers and senior stakeholders Support the development and delivery of people strategies aligned to organisational objectives Lead on a range of employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance cases Coach and develop managers to build confidence and capability in people management Contribute to organisational change programmes, workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives Review, develop and implement HR policies, procedures and best practice Analyse workforce data and provide insights to support informed decision-making Support talent management, learning and development, recruitment and succession planning activities Ideal Candidate Profile Previous experience working as an HR Business Partner or in a senior HR advisory capacity Strong employee relations experience with sound ..... full job details .....
