We''re looking for an outgoing, people-loving, creative individual to join our team as Business Development Manager in the North East/Yorkshire area, overseeing four venues: Revolucin de Cuba Harrogate and Revolutions Durham, York and Sheffield.

Position Overview:As Business Development Manager, your focus will be driving revenue and footfall across our three Leeds venues by turning relationships and opportunities into real results. You''ll play a key role in converting private hire enquiries into confirmed bookings, while actively generating new leads through networking, outreach and relationship building.
You''ll work closely with each venue''s General Manager to develop creative event concepts that give guests compelling reasons to visit, helping to drive footfall and boost sales. You''ll also research and build partnerships with external promoters, brands and businesses to host third-party events that bring in new audiences and further drive trade.
Days and Hours Pattern:
This is a full-time role based on a Monday to Friday working week. Some flexibility is required, as there may be occasions when evening or weekend work is needed to support key events.
The role involves regular travel between the vibrant venues. While the focus is on being present and active across these venues, there may be opportunities for limited home working where appropriate.
Key Responsibilities:
Focus on proactive outreach and hands-on networking to establish a strong presence in the local community.Act as the first point of contact for private hire enquiries, converting interest into confirmed bookings through relationship-led service.Lead client meetings and venue tours, using natural people skills to showcase the spaces.Work closely with venue managers to develop tailored strategies for each venue, creating local sales plans that drive trade and attract new audiences.Build strong partnerships with promoters and third-party event organisers to bring new audiences and events to the venues.Benefits You Can Expect:
