We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to supporting complex payments, banking and technology transformation initiatives. This role requires a hands-on Business Analyst who can confidently bridge the gap between business and technology teams, drive complex change initiatives and work effectively within Agile delivery environments. You will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, contribute to strategic programmes and help shape innovative solutions that deliver measurable business value.

• Lead business analysis activities across complex payments and technology transformation initiatives.
• Elicit, analyse and document business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria to support Agile delivery teams.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business, technical and third-party stakeholders to drive solution design and process improvement.
• Support strategic programmes including payment platform migrations, banking and payment provider integrations, payment processing enhancements, card payment capabilities and service expansion initiatives.
• Analyse current and future-state processes, identify opportunities for optimisation and contribute to delivering value-driven solutions.
• Communicate complex business and technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships, manage challenging discussions and represent the business in engagements with external partners and suppliers.
• Contribute to successful project delivery through effective management of priorities, risks, dependencies and requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
