Customer Co-Ordinator Permanent Based in Essex 28,000 per annum The purpose of the role:Proactively engage with colleagues and partners to co-ordinate and plan the refurbishment of vacant and occupied properties within the required timescales.Responsibilities: Liaise with customers regarding planned worksManage the process of debt clearance through the energy utilities providers.To provide aftercare to customers reporting defects.
