The business has a strong pipeline of projects across the commercial, healthcare and residential sectors, with individual project values up to approximately £8m. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager on a permanent basis. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working for a smaller business, taking ownership of their projects and working closely with the Contracts and Project Management teams from start through to completion. Ideally, you will already be based on the Isle of Wight and looking to build a long-term career with a local contractor. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Taking overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of projects on site. Managing subcontractors, trades, labour, materials and site logistics. Planning and coordinating works to ensure projects are delivered safely and to programme.
