This role focuses on driving growth through distributor management, new business acquisition, and strategic development of EMC Filter solutions across the UK.This role is ideal for a commercially-minded individual with a technical understanding of electrical/electronic applications, who can independently manage accounts, identify new opportunities, and maintain strong distributor relationships. Main Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager (Remote):Manage sales and marketing activities for Roxburgh EMC across the UKBuild and maintain relationships with existing distribution partnersAct as a subject matter expert (SME) for EMC Filters, product technology, and target market solutionsIdentify, investigate, and develop new business opportunities aligned with strategic growth objectivesFormulate and execute distributor growth plans and provide value-added solutions to customersGenerate demand through seminars, training, and awareness campaigns for assigned customersAnalyse program impacts, market trends, and customer needs to influence business strategy and product roadmapPerform regular business and performance reviews with partnersMaintain accurate reporting and CRM updates for sales activity Requirements ..... full job details .....
