Working Pattern:-5-day rotating shift pattern, including rotational weekends

Shift Options:-5:00am - 2:00pm or 12:30pm - 8:30pm

The Opportunity

We''re partnering with a growing artisan bakery business that supplies premium hospitality, foodservice and wholesale customers across the UK.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a talented-Pastry Chef-to their pastry team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a genuine artisan bakery where quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail remain at the heart of everything they do.

Working alongside an experienced pastry team, you''ll play a key role in producing high-quality laminated and artisan pastry products while helping maintain the exceptional standards the business is known for.

What You''ll Be Doing

  • Producing premium artisan pastry products to the highest standards
  • Laminating croissants, pain au chocolat and other pastry products
  • Ensuring products are consistently produced to specification
  • Supporting daily pastry production within a busy bakery environment
  • Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene and housekeeping standards
  • Assisting with decorating and finishing products where required
  • Working closely with the wider pastry team to deliver quality and consistency across every shift

What We''re Looking For

  • Previous experience within a pastry, bakery or artisan food production environment
  • Strong lamination skills - this is essential
  • Experience producing croissants, pain au chocolat and laminated pastry products
  • Passion for pastry craftsmanship and product quality
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good understanding of food hygiene and food safety standards
  • Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced production environment
  • A positive team player who enjoys working within a close-knit bakery team
