Set the standard with a professional and positive approach.Ensure Compliance:

Maintain food safety, traceability, and legal authenticity.Audit and Quality Checks:

Oversee internal audits, traceability tests, and customer requirements.Waste Reduction:

Monitor and improve packing efficiency while minimising waste.Team Development:

Train, mentor, and support the Quality team.Collaboration:

Work closely with Production, Warehouse, and Planning teams.What We''re Looking ForExperience:

Previous experience in a Quality Control/Management role, preferably with fresh produce, ideally within fruit.Knowledge:

Strong understanding of food safety, HACCP, and compliance standards.Leadership Skills:

Ability to lead a team and work cross-functionally.Attention to Detail:

Excellent problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making.Organisational Skills:

Ability to manage reports, audits, and compliance documentation.Flexibility:
